I have gone to cannibis connection for a couple of years now on a weekly basis and I go to both locations. The vibe, staff and products are what keeps me going there weekly. The customer appreciation events that they do every year are amazing. I look forward to it. It would bring in a lot of business and people like me who drop a good amount of money look forward to that and that is some of why this sets cannibis aside from others. I am not sure what has changed in the last 6 months I went in yesterday and the customer appreciation event was so reduced it was down to spinning a wheel with the gifts being reduced down to one hitters where yeah that’s great but I get that in Chicopee, Springfield ect. Tom has not been at the stores. I don’t know why but it feels weird and I hope he is ok. I am not sure if this is new ownership but It feels very corporate based now vs what it was. I have been in marketing and management for many years this looks, smells and obviously is new ownership with new views. This is a disappointing move and while your products are great you need to have what others don’t to progress and stand out to be successful in a competitive field.
